Retail Sales Consultant – Part-time
Patio & Balcony Outdoor Living represents leading outdoor furniture brands Fermob & Vincent Sheppard in residential, commercial and hospitality projects throughout WA.
We are looking for an experienced retail salesperson on a part-time basis to join our small team working from our beautiful showroom in Claremont.
Key Responsibilities
- Retail sales
- Providing expert customer service and advice
- Developing strong product knowledge to assist clients in making the best decisions for their outdoor spaces
- Contributing to the overall presentation of the showroom through merchandising and general housekeeping
- Processing sales orders
- Establish and maintaining positive business and customer relationships
- General administration duties
The successful candidate will have:
- Previous experience in high-end retail sales
- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
- Previous experience in the furniture design industry is preferable but not essential
- Comfortable working both autonomously and as part of a team.
- Computer literacy
- A can-do attitude to work
